II. Data Security
A. Cheatworld protects the confidentiality of its Users' information, account information and personal communications.
B. To secure the information collected online, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure only appropriate use of information that is collected from Users, Cheatworld has implemented appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures, including industry-standard encryption technologies (Secure Socket Layer – SSL) when transferring and receiving User data on our website.
C. Cheatworld requires that employees keep User information confidential. III. How is User information used?
A. Cheatworld may share User information with selected partners, for example, to provide Users with information about products which might be of interest to the User or to enable the User to take advantage of special partner programs. In addition, Cheatworld may share its website usage information about Users and Visitors to Cheatworld's websites with a third-party advertising company for the purpose of targeting Cheatworld's Internet banner advertisements on Cheatworld's websites and other websites. IV. Opt Out & Modifications
A. Users may opt out of receiving notices of new or upgraded products from Cheatworld by logging in to their account, going to “my controls”, and deselecting “Subscribe me to the Cheatworld.net newsletter”. However, Users may not opt out of receiving information from Cheatworld which is essential for maintaining or updating Users' accounts or system information.
B. Users may access and modify their personal information via their online personal control panel/account information page.
V. Disclosure of User information and communications
A. Cheatworld will not otherwise disclose its Users' personal and account information unless Cheatworld has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Cheatworld, Cheatworld's Users or others or where Cheatworld has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure.
B. Cheatworld also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Cheatworld stores or transmits for its Users. The circumstances under which Cheatworld will disclose such electronic User communications are when:
- it is necessary in order to provide service to the User;

- it is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by Cheatworld and appear to pertain to the commission of a crime.
C. Cheatworld disclaims any intention to censor, edit or engage in ongoing review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through its facilities by Users or others. Cheatworld will, however, review, delete or block access to communications that may harm Cheatworld, its Users or third parties. The grounds on which Cheatworld may take such action include, but are not limited to, actual or potential violations of Cheatworld's Terms and Conditions of Use.
VI. Does Cheatworld Offer Forums?
A. Cheatworld encourages communication between all Users, as well as Users and Cheatworld, therefore, Discussion Sections that wish to focus in on specific games of interest are offered and will be created from time to time.
B. Each Mini-Forum may have one (1) or more Moderator(s). All operating decisions in a Mini-Forumare made by the Moderator, without recourse from User. The Moderator can decide (either with or without input from User members) who may have read and/or write access for or to the Mini-Forum.
VII. What about children's information?
Children under 13 may not use any Cheatworld services that require disclosing personally identifiable information.
VIII. Will There Be Changes to this Privacy Policy?
A. Yes…Cheatworld reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, in the event that this becomes necessary after their initial release or in the event that it becomes necessary with respect to additional or amended services provided by Cheatworld.
